Markus Hecker, Chief Operating Officer, turned SiteLink into the worldwide industry leader in self-storage and property management software. With over 9,500 users, SiteLink enjoys the largest, fastest-growing customer base of any self-storage program. Markus has been with SiteLink since its inception in 1996. He is instrumental in development and sales and is intimately familiar with storage operations. He has established lasting relationships with owners and managers of single and multi-store operations. Under Markus' leadership, SiteLink has emerged as a favorite among 60% of the nation's top 100 operators. In 2007, Markus led his sales team to implement SiteLink in the businesses of all five winners of MiniCo's coveted "Facility of the Year Award." Currently serving on the North Carolina Self Storage Association Board of Directors, Markus has eighteen years experience in sales and holds degrees from North Carolina State University in Business and French Literature.
